Join Our Team : Public Relations Assistant

About the Role : As a Public Relations Assistant at Pattern Promotions, you will support our PR team in executing strategic communication plans.
You'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure seamless and effective public relations efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and implementation of PR campaigns and strategies.
- Draft press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
- Conduct research to identify media outlets, influencers, and potential PR opportunities.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR campaign performance.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
- Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of PR events and press conferences.
- Support the PR team with administrative tasks and project management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with PR tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in public relations or a related field is a plus.
