Registered Nurse for Private Duty Nursing

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking RN's and / or LPN's to work with pediatric and adult patients in private duty nursing for all shifts! Our goal is to provide caregivers for patients in need of homecare, while also supporting our caregivers' needs and wants! We believe the key to a healthy patient is dedicating our resources to supporting our caregivers.

We have new referrals in Standish, Sabattus, Saco, North Waterboro, and Gray! Although these are all full time opportunities, you get to pick how many hours you want to work during the week! The sooner you apply, the more likely you are to get first pick at open hours! These patients vary in level of acuity and hours available.

Maxim does not require previous homecare experience. Our opportunities are great for nurses who are just now entering their career as a caregiver!Responsibilities* Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.* Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Registered Nurse duties as assigned.Qualifications* Registered Nurse Unencumbered License for the state of Maine or another compact state.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.* Current Health Certificate (per facility).* Current BLS or AHA Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.
