Client Overview : We are hiring for a leading technology companythat is responsible for overseeing research and engineering siteson the East Coast.
They focus on operations communications andemployee engagement initiatives to foster Microsofts culture andcommunity impact.
Role Summary : As a MidLevel Operations Coordinator you will contribute to thesites operations by maintaining calendars managing supplies andbudgets supporting employee engagement initiatives coordinatingevents and assisting withcommunications.
4.What are the keyresponsibilities
Provide strategic calendar management support to the team includingexternal engagements.
Maintainthe rhythm of the business by updating shared calendars andmanaging supplies and purchaseorders.
Support the execution ofemployee engagement programs and events including room reservationscatering and task management.
Coordinate external partnerships ensuring proper event setup andcoordination.
Assist withcommunications including newsletters and distributionlists.

MUSTHave Skills andQualifications :
Minimum 5 yearsof experience with calendaring.
Minimum 5 years of experience with projectmanagement.
Minimum 5 years ofexperience with budgetmanagement.
Preferred Skills andQualifications :
Experienceworking with Microsoft or similar technologycompanies.
Excellentcommunication and organizationalskills.
