Primary Care Physician - Medicare Advantage Focus
Multiple Locations Across Florida

This role is suited for those who value patient-centered care and are eager to work within an environment that emphasizes comprehensive health maintenance and disease prevention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive medical care to a senior patient population with Medicare Advantage coverage.
- Manage a typical daily caseload of 12 – 15 patients.
- Work collaboratively with a full support team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Focus on preventive health measures, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Qualifications :
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Valid Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
- Strong commitment to healthcare prevention and quality improvement.
