Overview : We’re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role will collaborate with business leaders across various departments (Operations, Marketing, HR, etc.
to develop and implement analytics strategies. You’ll deliver key insights to support decision-making and drive company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with VP to C-level leaders to understand objectives and provide analytical insights.
- Design and implement analytics strategies aligned with company goals.
- Partner with IT to understand database structures and SQL tables.
- Enhance data efficiency and automate updates using Power Query Editor.
- Maintain and improve reports through Report Builder design and scheduling.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Statistics.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- C-store or retail industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be highly organized with excellent follow-through abilities.
