As an AI Infrastructure Engineer (m / f / d) , you will focus on creating a robust foundation for AI and machine learning systems.
You will build and optimize the technical infrastructure required to support AI workloads. You will work with high-performance computing, distributed systems, and cloud environments.
Your role ensures that AI models run efficiently, securely, and at scale.
Your tasks :
- With your know-how, you lay the foundation for our innovative AI projects and take over the selection and architecture of the AI infrastructure, taking into account factors such as GPU clusters, memory, and networks.
- Are you passionate about efficiency? You optimize AI workloads for speed, memory usage, and resource utilization.
- Are you always one step ahead? Take us forward and develop scalable systems that can handle AI requirements with growing data volumes.
- Do you like to have an overview? You are responsible for the security of AI models. You develop security protocols to protect AI models and data.
- Do you strive for continuous improvement? Our system states are in your hands; you take care of troubleshooting and regular maintenance.
- Are you passionate about motivation and team spirit? You work closely with data scientists, software engineers (m / f / d), and DevOps teams to deliver AI solutions.
What you bring with you :
- Degree : Degree in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable technical degree.
- First professional experience in the field of AI, network and cloud infrastructure environment.
- Experience in the implementation, monitoring, performance, and cost control of AI models.
- Initial knowledge of AWS desirable.
- Basic knowledge of agile software development approaches (Scrum, Kanban).
- Very good knowledge of German and English, further foreign language skills advantageous.
- Technical understanding and an agile way of thinking and working with communication and presentation skills.
