Description :
We are looking for a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our Guldmann Tampa Crew! The ideal candidate needs a strong background in construction project management.
Objective :
The Project Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the installation team, the contractor or owner, engineers, and architects to coordinate plans, timetables, and communicate labor and material requirements to PM.
They are also responsible for assisting in the management of all other projects as needed by the PM team.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Work with project manager on all aspects of projects as needed
- Prepare monthly draw submittals for payment from contractors
- Process contract purchase orders and change orders
- Prepare and maintain construction files, including contracts, draw requests, plans, etc.
- Obtain appropriate lien waivers and track accordingly
- Perform duties on Basecamp as required by project manager
- Work with Commercial team to ensure appropriate information is provided for projects
- Review installation vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Prepare analyses as needed
- Utilize company BI (Smartsheet) to analyze project data and produce insights to optimize performance
- Enter orders into ERP (M3)
- Communicate project order deliverables to stakeholders
- Other PM duties as needed from the Director

Requirements :
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience with construction industry practices a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of organizational skills
- Experience with Infor / Lawson (M3 ERP system) a plus
- Highly detail oriented
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Solid ability to organize, manage and maintain a positive office environment
- Preferred 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Travel required : 5-10% within the USA
Physical & Mental Requirements
Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations.
Required to frequently lift and move 10-25 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
