LHH has been tapped by a very well regarded Michigan law firm in their search for a direct hire Litigation Legal Assistant with experience in both the Commercial Litigation and Corporate Governance space.
Our client is looking for someone who has a total of 5+ years of all in legal experience. Candidates with experience in both the corporate and litigation space as outlined below are highly sought after by our client and we want to hear from you asap.

Corporate Legal Experience :
Experienced with assisting attorneys with corporate entity filings, entity formations, tax filings etc.
Experienced with supporting attorneys in filing licensure applications, reviewing insurance documents
Experienced with corporate minute books
Commercial Litigation Experience
Proficient with calendaring, docketing, eFiling with the courts
Experienced with reviewing client correspondence
Experienced with ordering court records, scheduling depositions

Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $77,500.00 per year
