- Schedule : 4.5 work days
- Physicians are given one set off afternoon per week
- Primarily Nephrology with some IM work (Not a designated PCP)
- Monitor Cronic Kidney Disease at all stages and End-Stage Renal Disease as well
- Office patients may be in for a specific kidney diagnosis, proteinuria, hypertension, hypertensive kidney disease, Diabetic kidney disease, kidney malignancy, mineral or electrolyte imbalance, transplant history, etc.
- Affiliated with 3- 4 incenter Hemo programs and one PD / home HD / PD program
