Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (GERI LPN) for part-time or full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Madison, WI! The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience as a Geriatric / Long-Term Care LPN.

Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (GERI LPN) Position Details :

• Employment Type : Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
• Location : Madison, WI
• Facility Type : Long Term Care : Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Rehab
• Shift : All : AM, PM, NOC

Pay Details :

Hourly Pay Range : $39 per Hour

Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (GERI LPN) Requirements :

• Must have 1 year of recent Geriatric / Long-Term Care LPN experience in the last 18 months in a Nursing Home setting
• Active Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse License required
• Current BLS Certification required
