Job Description

Overview :

As a ICU Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare to patients in various locations.

Your flexibility, adaptability, and expertise will be essential in addressing the healthcare needs of diverse populations and settings.

Duration : 13 weeksShift : ok with 8 or 12 hours, days / evenings

Key Responsibilities :

Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
Administering medications and treatments
Collaborating with healthcare teams
Supporting patient and family education
Adhering to healthcare regulations and standards
Providing quality patient care in various clinical settings
Managing and prioritizing patient care
Participating in emergency response efforts
Ensuring accurate patient documentation
Facilitating patient discharge planning
Delivering culturally competent care
Using critical thinking in complex healthcare situations
Adapting to different healthcare environments
Participating in quality improvement initiatives
Advocating for patient needs

Required Qualifications :

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to adapt to diverse healthcare settings and populations
Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations
Cultural sensitivity and competence in cross-cultural care
Ability to travel and work flexible schedules
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Strong advocacy for patient rights and safety
