Concrete and Stucco Technician Restoration
Hialeah, FL (Local / Regional Candidates preferred)
Currently seeking skilled laborers or technicians with experience in concrete repair, restoration, masonry and stucco for commercial restoration projects in the Miami area, SERVICE TRUCK AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED.
High-Rise, Swing stage experience a PLUS. If you are not certified, certification will be provided.
We pay top dollar for experience, For the past 30 years, our client is one of the largest and most respected General Contractors in Florida who specializes in concrete restoration, stucco, waterproofing, interior and exterior painting and more.
Ideal candidates should have previous experience in general concrete repair and stucco (demolition, rebar installation, concrete pours, finishing, etc.
Able to work at high heights as some projects will be High-Rise buildings and may require swing stages. Certification is a PLUS or certification will be provided.
To qualify you must have the following :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid FL driver’s license : ability to pass a background and drug screen.
- Must have previous concrete repair, demolition, placement and finishing restoration experience.
- Must have stucco restoration experience, application and finish techniques
- Must be able to work at high heights, some projects are High-Rise buildings
- Swing Stage certification will be provided, currently have is a PLUS.
- The ability to lift material up to 50 lbs.
