About the Role : Sales Consultant

At Bath Experts, our Sales Consultants are set up for success with pre-scheduled appointments, uncapped commission with earning potential of $100k-$200k+++, and the help of a supportive team and training program that will assist you in reaching new heights in your career.

- Flexible schedule and ability to run up to 3 pre-scheduled appointments each day
- NO cold calling. Pre- Set, Pre-Confirmed Appointments
- Through our sales training program, you will learn the techniques to :
- Effectively close sales in your designated territory
- Deliver effective sales presentations with homeowners
- Utilize our CRM system and other technology to manage and track sales progress
What you will do :
- Responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations providing custom design options and estimates for their bath remodel projects
- Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sales methodology
- Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately
- Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops (virtual and in-person)
- Follow up as required with our sales operations and install teams to ensure successful completion of customer projects
What you need to succeed :
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred
- Ability to close utilizing a proven one call close methodology
- Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to routinely lift / move items weighing up to 25lbs
- Strong verbal communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely
- Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets
