A reputable Miami, FL moving and relocation firm is working with Alchemy Global Talent Solutions to recruit a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Moving Sales Representative.
You will be in charge of closing sales for home moving services, developing customer connections, and bringing in new business in order to drive sales growth in this role.
Key Responsibilities of the Residential Moving Sales Representative include, but are not limited to :
- Finding and creating fresh leads for household moving sales in a proactive manner.
- Arrange and carry out virtual or in-home consultations to determine the needs of the client and offer precise relocation quotes.
- Create and preserve enduring relationships with customers to win their recurring business and recommendations.
- Create and put into action a sales strategy to hit or surpass monthly sales goals.
- Provide thorough and precise quotations, making sure that every service is communicated clearly.
- Work together with the operations group to guarantee seamless moving service coordination.
- Remain up to date on competitors, local market trends, and the moving industry.
- Participate in networking gatherings to create business prospects.
- Keep up a solid sales pipeline by following up with leads and prospective customers to close deals.
- Create and provide sales reports to management, offering analysis of sales results and suggestions for enhancement.
Skills and Requirements :
- Proven sales experience, specifically in the relocation or moving sector.
- Thorough understanding of residential moving services, procedures, and laws.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- The capacity for independent work and efficient time management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizing abilities.
- A current driver's license and secure transit.
