The Senior Program Director ( SPD ) has administrative responsibility for a RRP facility. The SPD is responsible for direct oversight of program activities including, but not limited to :
- Program development and enhancement
- Quality improvement activities
- Staff management
- Asset management
- Budgeting
- Ensuring that activities of the programs are consistent with the strategic plan of the organization and capable of consistently meeting accreditation standards

Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a social service or related field, with a Master’s Degree and advanced licensure (LISW, LICDC, etc.

One year of criminal justice experience is a requirement.
