Program Manager - Engineering / CI
Provides project management, resource utilization, and LMS management to drive operational efficiency in order to achieve overall sector initiatives.
Responsible for developing sector Performance Engineering team and related programs to support CI opportunities.
Job Description
- Directs the development and continuous improvement activities related to the Labor management systems and Program, including site audits, reporting, project management, and staff management activities
- Evaluates Labor Management programs and develops, improves, and expands program capabilities.
- Develops reporting tools and ensures maintenance of consistent reporting, communication and documentation related to Labor management Systems and Programs
- Leads and directs continuous improvement projects and implementations of solutions
- Provides management of Ops Performance Manager, Lead Engineers as assigned including People management responsibilities
- Develops, maintains, and executes the CI roadmap that aligns with sector strategy, accounting for both internal and external process and financial improvement
- Work closely with other Sector Program Managers to ensure successful implementation
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related field, required
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution or related fields, required
- 1+ years of project management, required
- 1+ years of managing exempt level associates, required
