The role involves significant interaction with various aspects of Human Resources Management, including compliance, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Responsibilities : - Oversee the implementation and management of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) - Ensure the system is regularly updated and maintained for accuracy - Manage the processing of HR data and generate reports to support decision-making processes - Oversee the compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies - Manage onboarding processes through the HRIS, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires - Oversee benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing - Handle employee relations issues as they arise, utilizing the HRIS for record keeping and resolution tracking - Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the HRIS - Continuously evaluate and improve HRIS functionalities to better serve organizational needs.
