Job Title : Order Picker
Job Description
Candidate will be selecting orders based on client needs. This is all construction materials so the product can get a little heavy at times;
candidates must lift up to 50lbs. Must have prior experience in order selecting in a true warehouse environment. Prior experience using an electrical pallet jack is a must to be considered to work in this environment.
No tools will be used. This is in a warehouse and not a construction site. This warehouse has construction materials, and the candidate will be moving inventory from racks to trucks and back during their shift using a ride-along pallet jack.
The candidate will use SAP to track inventory.
Hard Skills
- 1 year of Order selecting
- Must be able to lift 50+lbs
- 1 year of Electrical pallet jack experience
- 6 months of computer inventory experience similar to SAP
- Prior Receiving experience
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Enfield, Connecticut.
Work Environment
This is a true warehouse environment. They must pick and pack orders based on customer specification. They have forklift operators that are operating around, so the candidate must have this specific type of experience.
The warehouse is very clean and organized.
