The Sr. Advertising Traffic Specialist position allows you the flexibility to work a Hybrid schedule (on-site & home) as long as you reside within a 50-mile radius of the Brooklyn, OH Medical Mutual office.

The Sr Advertising Traffic Specialist manages workflows for the Marketing & Communications team. Oversees all projects at key points in the project lifecycle and ensures all marketing collateral and work from Marketing & Communication Specialists flows efficiently to creative and production teams.

Responsible for maintaining project deadlines and deliverables, managing project logistics and updating internal stakeholders on project progress.

Responsibilities · Creates and implements detailed schedules and setting deadlines for various stages of a project. Responsible for determining and distributing assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on availability and priorities optimizing resource distribution.

• Monitors and provides oversight all project workflows and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of content, including consistent proofing process.
• Creates the process, procedures, and policies to establish our ability to track advertising projects and ensure they are on a timeline and completed prior to deadline.

Leads ongoing project continuous improvement and quality standards process.· Meets with internal clients to learn about new project details, collects critical project information, give progress updates on existing projects, and communicate and resolve any issues.

Manages project budgets, maintains job files, subscriptions to stock photo services and creates necessary purchase requests for printing and other services.

Transfers files from design team to vendors and ensures completion.· Manages production vendor relationships. Establishes timelines and ensure quality and timeliness across a variety of projects.

Establishes new vendor relationships and participates in vendor negotiations.· Serves as administrator for Trello or project tracking platform the team utilizes.

• Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience : · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, project management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience as a traffic specialist or equivalent experience. Technical Skills and Knowledge : · Excellent planning, time management and organization skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.· Strong decision-making, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking and prioritization skills· Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.

Customer service orientated.· Proficiency with Excel, Adobe Suite, and project management software.· Knowledge of design and production resources.
