Job Summary :
As a Front of House Shift Lead at Chick-fil-A, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly during your shift.
Youll lead a team of front-of-house team members, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Your leadership will help create an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Supervise and support front-of-house team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Experience : Ensure every guest receives friendly, efficient service and that their needs are met promptly.
- Operational Oversight : Manage daily operations during your shift, including cash handling, order accuracy, and food presentation.
- Problem Resolution : Address any guest concerns or issues that arise, using effective problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
- Inventory Management : Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Cleanliness and Safety : Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Leadership Skills : Previous experience in a supervisory role or as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
