Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Use SAP to research invoice status excellent customer service while resolving a heavy volume of Accounts Payable inquiries and requests via the telephone and email in a timely manner Communicate with vendors to obtain invoice copies and other pertinent information required to complete research (both written and verbal) Coordinate with the District Manager, Accountant and Field Operation to insure that invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service while working to reconcile the large vendor's aging to our sub-ledger Process heavy volume of invoices and credit memos in SAP Prepare analysis of vendor accounts Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications : 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred Customer service experience required Strong Microsoft Excel skills required Detail Oriented Work well in a team environment Excellent communication skills both verbal and written SAP experience is preferred Self-starter a must Positive attitudeApply to Compass Group todayClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
