Currently, we are partnered with a premier Kentucky-based healthcare system in search of a highly talented Emergency Department Manager to lead their night shift operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated emergency department team during night shift operations
  • Drive departmental excellence through strategic goal-setting and implementation
  • Oversee clinical operations ensuring compliance with quality metrics and patient safety standards
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and professional development initiatives
  • Direct patient care delivery systems and service quality improvements
  • Monitor department performance metrics and implement evidence-based practice improvements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance emergency care delivery
  • Oversee departmental budget and resource allocation

Qualifications :

  • Current Kentucky RN license required
  • 3+ years of Emergency Department or ICU experience
  • Demonstrated success in building and mentoring healthcare teams
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced environments and critical decision-making scenarios
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; MSN ideal for long-term growth
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and build partnerships across departments
