Responsibilities :

Assisting with customer inquiries and sales

Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner

Performing basic office duties such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining records

Preparing and processing invoices

Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

Fluent in English and Spanish

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Basic accounting knowledge and experience with invoices.

High School Diploma or GED Required

1 + Years of experience in sales / commercial- environment

Experience in granite or marble products is a plus
