Key Responsibilities of the Estimator :

Review mechanical plans and specifications, perform detailed quantity take‑offs, and prepare comprehensive bids encompassing materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs while coordinating with purchasing, vendors, and subcontractors

Conduct site surveys and equipment assessments, support proposal development, liaise with technicians and project teams, present proposals to clients, and monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and technical expectations are met

What We're Looking for in an Estimator :

Education : High School Diploma

Experience : CAD and or Excel
