Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have specialized training in pediatric dentistry and a passion for delivering high-quality care to young patients.
As a Pediatric Dentist with the organization, you will diagnose and treat dental issues specific to children, including preventive care, restorative treatments, and dental emergencies.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions for infants, children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' dental needs.
- Perform dental procedures such as examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions and preventative treatments.
- Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices, nutrition and proper dental care techniques.
- Monitor and maintain patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications :
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a post-doctoral, pediatric residency program.
- Valid in state license (pending licensure accepted).
- Previous experience preferred, but more than willing to bring on new / soon-to-be graduates.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Dedication to patient care and satisfaction.
