Seeking a Licensed Hair Stylist / Beautician within the State of Oregon ( current, active cosmetology license required ) who is interested in renting our salon space to conduct business with residents in the Washington Gardens Memory Care Community.
The salon is located inside the community and is fully equipped with all the basics you will need to get started - hair drying chairs, sink, mirrors, counters, storage.
Parking at the community is FREE with plenty of close parking in our lot and street directly outside. Conveniently located to reach a variety of people in the area.
We are hoping to continue providing accessible and quality salon services to our wonderful residents. Pricing for appointments is at your discretion (within reason / accessibility to our residents), and may vary based on service / client type / frequency / etc.
You would NOT be an employee of the community, but your own independent contractor / employee renting this space for use with the freedom to schedule on your terms! You must be able to provide consistent weekly or bi-weekly appointments to our residents, based on demand and within times that meet their needs.
