We are looking for a new summer intern student to join our Miramar team that would be supporting the Contracts group. Looking for somebody to incorporate themselves into the activities of the production floor.

Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday intern session, that will run May / June -August

What You Will Do :

• Conduct proper Contract and Purchase Order review
• Prepare and send weekly status reports to customers
• Investigating ways to reduce rework and waste in the process.
• Analyze data and updates SAP
• Work with Operations to ensure delivery schedules are met per customer requirements

What You Will Learn :

• Contract terms for Aftermarket and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) services, including identifying key clauses and potential issues.
• Collaborating with Aftermarket contacts (Operations, Engineering, Quality) to ensure alignment and address any issues.
• Identify and mitigate potential contract issues, including risks related to service delivery, compliance, and customer expectations.

Qualifications You Must Have :

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program / contract

Qualifications We Prefer :

Data Analytics knowledge is preferred
