As one of the leading Kia dealerships in the area, we’re expanding our team to meet growing demand. Our experienced management team will provide comprehensive training and support every step of the way, including a paid training period.
Do you enjoy engaging with customers online and have a knack for building relationships through digital platforms? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple online leads?

This role offers a competitive pay plan, including base pay, commissions, and bonuses. We are looking for a full-time commitment.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers shopping online and over the phone in their vehicle purchase process
- Answer incoming sales calls and build customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service
- Respond to customers' online requests
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, text, and live chat
- Collaborate with team members, other sales staff, and management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use various programs to provide customers with information regarding pricing, vehicle details, and availability
- Attend department trainings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements
- Strong customer service or sales skills (experience is a plus, but not necessary)
- Team player attitude
- Enthusiastic personality
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to meet sales quotas and closing percentages
