Job Summary :
- Effectively and professionally communicates with supervisors, coworkers, families, and clients.
- Teaches social, communication, and daily living skills in a one-on-one setting in accordance with written treatment plan designed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implements Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support behavior reduction
- Collects accurate data in the appropriate manner under the supervision of the BCBA / BCaBA
- Responds appropriately to feedback and maintains or improves performance as needed.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
- All training provided. Must obtain RBT certification within 6 months of employment. If certification is not obtained within 6 months of employment, will not be able to continue in that position.
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with children or individuals with autism and related disorders preferred
