Requirements :
- IT work experience in infrastructure / network environmentsperforming network planning architecture design engineering(hardware and software) and optimization (710 years)
- Experience working in a large (2500 users or more)enterprise network environment.
- Experience asa lead technician with the responsibility of crosstraining teammembers.
- Experience deploying troubleshootingand maintaining the following technologies : Aruba ClearPass and NACswitch configuration SDWAN Prisma Access Palo Alto firewalls BorderGateway Protocol (BGP) Routing Microsoft (MS) Azure routing andnetwork security groups (NSG) and IPsec Tunnels
- Experience designing and deploying NAC via ArubaClearPass
- Experience with managing ArubaAirwave
- Experience with commandlineconfiguration with Cisco Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Aruba andLinux
- Experience in programming in Python andPowerShell scripting.
Preferred :
- Experience solving computer problems over the phone andtroubleshooting personal computer (PC) and peripheralrelatedproblems.
- Experience with Transmission ControlProtocol / Internet Protocol (TCP / IP) protocols.
- Experience with installing and troubleshooting 3270emulation software.
- Experience installingdiagnosing and repairing hardware including hard drives randomaccess memory (RAM) processors CDRWs DVDRWs multimedia kits andother peripherals.
- Experience using imagingsoftware for deploying desktop PCs.
- Experienceproviding Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phonesupport.
- Experience providing Virtual PrivateNetwork (VPN) client support.
- Experienceworking for a criminal justice agency.
- Experience with IT standards in a criminal justiceenvironment.
- Experience supporting end usersin a criminal justice environment.
