Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like :
- Prepare and process DMV title documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or exceed title reporting standards
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
- Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
- Ability to prioritize
- Prepare purchase and trade-in documentation
- Contact banks to obtain lien releases
- Prepare paperwork for submission to the DMV (in state and out of state)
- Maintain DMV and payoff schedules
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Post bundle reconciliations
The opportunity is for you if you have :
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience Title processing required
- CDK Experience strongly preferred
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated and diligent
- Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
- Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
- Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
