Job Functions

PRIMARY FUNCTION :

• Focus will be to cultivate new sales and rental opportunities with new accounts
• Increase Off-Highway Productivity and Profit Margins
• Supervise all Off-Hwy Service Technicians at designated location

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Open and Close RO's
• Schedule Service Work
• Visit Customers in Kansas and Oklahoma
• Administer Technician Training and Development
• Supervise All Off-Highway Technicians at designated location
• Assist in negotiating the sale of company owned rental assets when opportunity arises.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

An undergraduate degree (preferably in business or in a related subject), or

Minimum Work Experience

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales and / or management in the field of power generation, oilfield, and heavy equipment.
