Job Description
This role is on-site and the suitable Team Lead Software Developer candidate will have an array of responsibilities, including designing and developing high-performance and impactful software to solve complex business problems, identify potential process improvement areas and suggest options and recommends approaches, and mentor and train your junior colleagues with a team of 5 to start!

The Successful Applicant
The successful Team Lead Software Developer will have :
- Experience in software development, specifically web applications
- Strong C#, .NET experience
- Cloud experience - preferably Azure but open to AWS / GCP
- SQL database experience
- Good communication skills
- Management / Lead experience - mentoring and training Software Developers
