motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and accountable individuals to join our team of

Account Development Representatives (ADRs).

Job Description :

The Account Development Representative is responsible for generating new sales

opportunities by prospecting, nurturing, qualifying, and setting leads for our qualified sales

agents to close. This role is critical in driving the growth of our business and ensuring that

potential customers understand the value of SecurityMetrics' offerings.

Responsibilities :

Exceed assigned performance and production targets, including contacts made and

qualified sales opportunities generated.

Thoroughly understand and effectively communicate SecurityMetrics’ products and

offerings.

Contact, qualify, and nurture leads through cold and warm phone and email

communication.

Generate qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives.

Collaborate with sales teams to improve qualification requirements and processes.

Develop and manage pipeline activity to meet monthly and annual targets.

Maintain a high work ethic and production metrics.

Skills and Experience :

1-2 years of lead generation, sales development, or inside sales experience (B2B

preferred).

Proven history of exceeding sales performance standards and quotas.

Ability to balance and prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent business writing, oral communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to positively influence team culture through hard work, dedication, positivity,

willingness to learn and improve, confidence, and exemplary performance.

Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
