What Your Days Will Be Like :
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment and be dedicated to a specific sales channel
- Your primary responsibility will be a trusted and strategic business partner for the VP of sales to shape and execute strategic initiatives
- You will work closely with sales management to understand their needs and the reporting required to run the business
- You will be responsible for territory design, reporting, and calculating sales commissions
- You will create reports and dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, and / or Tableau (with support from the BI team)
What You'll Be Working On :
- Work closely with VP of Sales to drive key strategic initiatives
- Design, develop, and maintain actionable sales dashboards and reports within Salesforce.com (SFDC), Excel, and PowerPoint to ensure the relevant and timely visibility on metrics and key performance indicators.
- Design, develop, and maintain commission calculations for various teams, as needed.
- Analyze and summarize data outputs to proactively understand and communicate the meaning of trends, drivers, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Work cross-functionally with our partners in Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to support business initiatives.
- Independently manage your progress toward agreed-upon milestones and deliverables with a high degree of accountability.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadership and executive teams
- Aid in Salesforce releases, playing an active role in launching new Salesforce processes / tools
- Manage sales data integrity in Salesforce as it relates to sales or commission reporting
What You'll Need to Succeed :
- 10-15 years of experience with growing responsibility in pricing analysis, accounting, FP&A, or sales operations
- Excitement to help build robust processes and scalable systems for a rapidly growing and constantly evolving sales org
- Meticulous, detail and task-oriented attitude
- Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies, preferably in a B2B environment
- Capable of running complex financial models / tools with thousands of formulas that span multiple lines
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytical rigor to solve complex business problems
- Advanced experience with Salesforce and understanding of other core sales tools, including experience with CPQ tools, calculated fields, custom reports, etc.
- Exceptional financial and analytical skills with the ability to analyze opportunities with significant trade-offs and make confident recommendations.

Salary Range : 120,000 to 140,000.
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
