Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Certified Pharmacy Technician Shift / Hours : Rotating D / E or Nights, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, Every other weekend Length : 13 weeks Requirements :
- Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the MD Board of Pharmacy and have a current PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification.
- 1 Years Experience
- 6 months of previous experience preferred
- Inpatient and sterile compounding experience
- Work requires a high school level of educational development
Other Details :
- Responsible for filling routine orders for unit doses and prepackaged pharmaceuticals.
- Work requires the skills to read and understand instructions, add and subtract numbers, and make comparisons between numbers and letters.
- Work requires the ability to understand and respond to simple written or verbal instructions. Incumbents must respond appropriately to instructions, questions or requests for information.
Work occasionally requires contact with patients and / or visitors which involves courtesy.
