Salary : Job Overview :
TMS supervisors are responsible for organizing and overseeing the administrative aspects of the TMS program. Among daily duties, the TMS supervisor may plan budgets, oversee personnel hiring and training, schedule staff, manage supplies and inventory, and implement long-term programs / strategies set in place by the Director of Operations. The ability to rotate between all Twin Cities locations on a daily basis.
Primary Responsibility :
- Facilitate patient flow throughout the Burnsville / Plymouth / Woodbury / Minneapolis locations.
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures
- Manage appointment schedules on a daily and weekly basis to ensure the TMS chairs are scheduled to capacity for providers and technicians
- Manage safety trainings and adherence to safety procedures at each facility
- Coordinate inventory, order processing and distribution of products and services
- Train and manage TMS staff
- Be the first point of contact for computer issues, building repairs, machine issues, scheduling issues, and general upkeep
- Support operational reporting on daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Act as a back-up for TMS technicians
- Conduct meetings with TMS staff to ensure processes are understood and communicate upcoming events
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated patients issues or complaints
- Coordinate company, vendor, and referral partner events
- Position is Monday-Friday.

EMR ExperienceExperience working directly with patientsExperience mentoring / training staffRequired Education, Experience and Credentials :
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Training, Education, Organizational Development, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required2 years of clinic experience.Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional Position Details : ( hours, locations, commute)

$50,000-60,000 annuallyThe compensation range may represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, qualifications, education, internal equity and business needs.Benefits Include :
