Requirements

• Minimum of an Associates Degree or CDA
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed early learning facility
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Pass a national background check

Responsibilities

• Day to Day Operations of the School
• Staff Scheduling
• Maintaining children's files and ensuring all information is up to date
• Assist with billing and receiving tuition payments
• Maintaining Bright From the Start and Primrose guidelines, policies and procedures
• Parent and staff communication
• Planning and organizing events for the school

• A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
• Experience in a leadership role in a childcare center
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom / teaching experience.
