Requirements
- Minimum of an Associates Degree or CDA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed early learning facility
- Positive attitude and passion for working with children
- Pass a national background check
Responsibilities
- Day to Day Operations of the School
- Staff Scheduling
- Maintaining children's files and ensuring all information is up to date
- Assist with billing and receiving tuition payments
- Maintaining Bright From the Start and Primrose guidelines, policies and procedures
- Parent and staff communication
- Planning and organizing events for the school

- A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
- Experience in a leadership role in a childcare center
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom / teaching experience.
