Riverside seeks an Electronic Health Record Training & Implementation Coordinator

The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Training and Implementation Coordinator is a vital member of our organization, responsible for ensuring that all staff are proficient in using our electronic health record system, myEvolv, and fully understanding its capabilities.

This role includes designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, ranging from introductory to advanced levels, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our staff.

The successful candidate will also be knowledgeable in additional products and solutions connected to myEvolv, providing necessary implementation, training, and ongoing support for these features.

In addition to training responsibilities, the Coordinator will collaborate with programs across Riverside to assess and address their EHR needs.

Acting as a key liaison, the Coordinator will facilitate communication and coordination between program staff, the IT department, and Netsmart (myEvolv’ s parent company), ensuring seamless integration and functionality of the EHR system.

This role is crucial in optimizing the use of our EHR system to enhance operational efficiency and improve outcomes.

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours with a Monday through Friday schedule.

Pay Rate : $85,000 / salaried

Location : Dedham, MA with hybrid opportunities!

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate-Advanced computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required.
  • Intermediate-Advanced proficiency with myEvolv.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations live, online, or via virtual mediums.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with staff, management, and other stakeholders through positive interaction and problem identification and resolution.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of the trends and changes taking place in healthcare and technology.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required in a Clinical discipline, Information Technology / Informatics, Business, Education, Management, Communications, or related field.
  • At least two years of myEvolv experience or related EHR experience
  • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
