Key ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance and attendance managementConduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure resolution of complex workplace issuesManage leave and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance and effective communicationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four years of experience in lieu of a degree5+ years of human resources experience with a focus on HR compliance and employee relations3+ years of leadership experience in managing projects or teamsProfessional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferredStrong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
