We are
looking for a Finance Compliance Code Review Consultant to join our operations
in Newport Beach, CA. This essential contract role, compensated at $28 per
hour, supports our broad range of fixed income and alternative investment
strategies by ensuring compliance with our Code of Ethics, focusing especially
on monitoring employee personal trading, and managing outside business
activities. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Business, Economics,
Finance, or a related field, and will bring prior experience in Code of Ethics
compliance, particularly in personal trading oversight and system development
cycles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like
vlookups and pivot tables, and Microsoft Word is required.
consultant will navigate a complex landscape of securities and investment
products, requiring strong analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of
stocks, bonds, derivatives, and various fund types. Outstanding communication
skills are critical, as is the ability to work autonomously, proactively
solving issues and leading projects. Applicants must be adaptable, able to
manage shifting priorities based on business needs, maintain confidentiality,
and consistently act with integrity according to established ethical standards.
