The Programmatic Advertising Manager is responsible for executing programmatic advertising campaigns on our clients' behalf.
This role is mainly engaged in buying advertising inventory, managing ad budgets, real-time campaign optimization, and performance data collection, analysis, and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Collaborate with cross functional internal teams and stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Develop media buying strategies that align with the overall marketing goals and budget constraints.
- Conduct research to identify the most suitable media channels (e.g., TV, radio, print, digital, social media) for the target audience.
- Analyze market trends, audience demographics, media consumption habits, and competitive activities.
- Negotiate with media vendors and publishers to secure the best rates and placements for advertisements.
- Purchase advertising space and time slots across selected media channels, ensuring optimal reach and frequency.
- Monitor and adjust media plans in response to real-time performance data and changing market conditions.
- Monitor the performance of media campaigns using various analytics tools and metrics.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on performance analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a focus on digital marketing or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in media buying.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale media campaigns across various media channels (e.g., TV, radio, digital, social media).
- Deep understanding of different media channels (e.g., TV, radio, print, digital, social media) and their respective advantages and disadvantages.
- Knowledge of media planning and buying processes.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools to understand audience demographics, media consumption habits, and competitive activity.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best rates and placements from media vendors and publishers.
- Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for optimizing media campaigns.
- Proficiency in interpreting performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using analytics and measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Nielsen ratings, Comscore) to track and assess media campaign performance.
- Ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders.
