WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR
If you are process driven, analytical, with operational curiosity, then look no further! The Operational Services Analyst guides business decisions by discovering and sharing insights that deliver preferred outcomes.
You will be responsible for curating operational processes, maintaining and updating operational content, along with operations focused performance analysis.
KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains and consistently updates Field contact lists for both Corporate and Franchise locations.
- Manages and maintains various Paris Baguette systems on an administrative level and maintains field equipment lists.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PB systems-related issues managing price updates and seasonal menu updates on various platforms : POS, Olo, and Ezcater.
- Contributes to New Café opening preparations from backend (POS, GiveX, Punchh, R365, I-Auditor, Redonion, 360 Mystery shop, and Chatmeter)
- Onboards new cafes by creating location profile on all systems.
- Sets up user role, permissions levels, and task flow on each platform.
- Creates, manages, and updates all operations audits, checklists, and forms.
- Provides weekly and monthly reporting on the following :
- Balanced Scorecard
- DM Surveys standing
- Guest Service Reporting
- Franchise P / L status
- Café checklist status
- Actual vs Theorical report
- Creates and maintains all Field Surveys and reviews Operations Manual to be consistent and current.
- Coordinates with Operations on projects and on-going initiatives.
- Prepares ad hoc reporting for Field Operations team based on leadership requests.
- Conducts financial analysis of café performance nationally, for both Corporate and Franchise locations.
- Compiles results of varying analysis of key metrics while building adequate reporting and dashboards to share results.
- Sends weekly reports to the field and follow up with any on-going initiatives.
- Manages file depository from Franconnect and other media sources.
- Coordinates with Marketing for field communications (Gatekeeper, Baguette Buzz)
- Manages and maintains internal tools used by the field such as the Master Order Guide, Frozen Calculator, and Labor Scheduling Template.
- Creates and updates month inventory templates for corporate locations.
- Maintains and updates R&D recipe database for initial COGs calculation for new recipes.
- Supports café operations and field operations team as needed and determined by leadership.
- Follow up on preventative maintenance program and R&M (ResQ).
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ related experience in Retail and / or Operations.
- Retail, Food & Beverage industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Restaurant 365 experience preferred.
- Exhibits sound and accurate judgment and decision making with a focus on people, process and results.
- Possess solid analytical skills and strong negotiating skills.
- Flexible work schedule including occasional weekend and / or evening work.
- Flexible, adaptive, upbeat, open and visible work style, with a successful track record of supporting operations leaders across a large geographically decentralized portfolio.
