Position : Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location : Lawton, OK

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a customer-first mindset and deliver high-quality service.
  • Manage inbound customer communications.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
  • Ensure customer success and track interactions in our CRM and DMS.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain the flow of customers in and out.
  • Handle collections as SAG is an automotive loan company.
  • Take daily invoices and audit monthly statements for payables.
  • Create Service department repair orders.

Requirements :

  • Preferred experience in leasing, financing loans, collections, or sales.
  • A passion for excellent customer service.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM / DMS systems.
  • Knowledge of Oklahoma titles is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of vehicles to create Repair Orders is a strong plus.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
