Assembler

Staffmark is hiring an Assembler for a leading manufacturing facility in Spring Hill, TN. This is your chance to join a team that plays a key role in producing front and rear bumpers and hatchbacks for the automotive industry.

Pay : $16 per hour to start and will increase to $20 per hour once transitioned to full-time status

Shift : Monday to Friday 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 AM

Responsibilities :

• Aid in the assembly and production of front and rear bumpers, and hatchbacks
• Assemble parts, operate basic machinery, and inspect finished products for quality
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area
• Support other team members and assist in training new hires as needed

Experience & Requirements :

• Minimal manufacturing or assembly experience is required, training will be provided
• Ability to lift between 20-50 lbs. (with team assistance)
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
