Marquis Certified Home Care is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our dedicated home care team.
As a Home Care Pediatric Speech Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the communication and feeding skills of pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to identify speech and language disorders, communication challenges, and feeding difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans to address communication, articulation, language, and feeding goals.
- Collaborate with parents / caregivers to provide training and support, ensuring the integration of therapy techniques into the home environment.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient cases and contribute to comprehensive care plans.
Qualifications :
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Pediatric Speech Therapist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Knowledge of pediatric communication disorders, language development, and feeding / swallowing issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
