Litigation Associate Attorney

Position : Our client seeks an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to work in person at their Sarasota, Florida office.
Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of civil / commercial litigation experience. Construction defect and tort experience preferred.
The position requires managing complex case assignments, strong communication, research, and writing skills, and the ability to manage and communicate with clients continuously.
- Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits :
- $145K ++ salary and up (commensurate with experience); bonus eligible
- health / dental / vision benefits
- 16 vacation days and 8 sick days for associates
- Parental leave of up to 16 consecutive weeks paid for associates
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida bar license
- 3+ years’ of professional civil / commercial litigation law practice experience
- Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems and portals
- Superior research skills, including the use of online services and databases
- Project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Responsibilities :
In-person at their Sarasota, Florida office Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
