This position is for 2nd shift; Monday-Friday 4 : 00pm-12 : 30am.

The Production Clerk is responsible for generating reporting from SHE-PM to provide business visibility of key performance indicators.

Basic ability to read, write and speak English is required to comply with verbal directions, signs, policies and procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Reporting from SHE-PM and MS excel to provide key performance indicators to the business
• Support in planning and ordering of supplies and materials for the site
• Identify safety, health, and environmental risks to help develop corrective actions
• Support facilitation of proper training, such as Safety, SOP's, new hire orientation, and compliance
• Ensure a safe work environment by identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions and behaviors
• Work as a liaison between factory personnel and leadership as well as night shift security
• Conduct monthly building inspections
• Facilitate audits and issue permits to work for high hazard tasks

REQUIREMENTS :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

SKILLS :

• High attention to detail
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, write and speak in Spanish preferred
• Technical capability
• A desire to be a team player but also work independently
