Position Overview :
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry-level role designed for a driven and ambitious individual looking to start their career in sales and recruitment.
As an SDR at Bridgeway Partners, you will play a critical role in the growth of our business by generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our senior sales team.
This position offers significant learning opportunities and the potential to grow within our firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded in our CRM system.
- Research prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the senior sales team to schedule meetings and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and keep Bridgeway Partners top-of-mind for future opportunities.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
What We Offer :
- Base Salary : $45,000 - $52,500, based on experience.
- Realistic 1st Year Earnings : $62,000 - $75,000
- Commissions : Paid monthly, offering additional earning potential from day one.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
