A leading manufacturer in precision tooling is looking to add a CONTROLLER to their Dayton team. A small team that works collaboratively to drive business success will welcome an accounting leader who wants to further their career and be "hands on" in all company decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTROLLER
- Manage all cost accounting functions.
- Supervise accounting support team.
- Perform and deliver month-end financial statements.
- Drive data analytics to foster forecasting, budgets and company growth.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTROLLER
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Associate's degree with strong experience.
- Background in the use of data analytic tools.
- ERP experience.
